Alinastore Returns Policy
Alina's goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and that our products truly support your sleep. No noticeable effect? Get your money back, hassle-free. You can return any product* within 30 days of purchase. You'll receive a full refund if it's received in good condition. We believe that clarity and trust are the foundation of a good customer experience.
How do you register a return?
Send us an email at Team@alinastore.nl with the following information and we will take care of the rest:
- Your full name
- The name of the product
- The reason for return or exchange (optional, but helps us improve our services and products)
Exchange
Would you rather try something different? We offer you one free exchange within 30 days. We'll cover the return shipping costs and ship the replacement to you free of charge.
If you exchange for a cheaper product, we'll refund the difference. If you choose a more expensive product, you'll only pay the difference. A second exchange is also possible, but you'll have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.
Returns
Don't want a different product and would prefer a refund? That's also possible. You can register your return within 30 days of purchase, and then you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we've made a mistake—for example, a damaged product or an incorrect delivery. In that case, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for returns or exchanges
To properly process a return or exchange, please note the following:
- The product must be unwashed.
- It must not contain any damage.
- You clearly state your name as sender on or in the package
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or withhold a refund.
Entered the wrong address?
Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to change it for you.
If your order included a free product listed in your order summary, it must also be returned. If you keep the free product, we may charge a fee for this return.
*Our grounding sheets are considered hygienic products as defined in Article 6:230p, paragraph e, of the Dutch Civil Code (BW). This means that the right of withdrawal expires once the sealed packaging is opened or broken. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sheets unless we made a mistake, for example, if the wrong product was delivered or the product was damaged upon receipt. Therefore, always check carefully that you have received the correct product and that it meets your expectations before breaking the seal. If you do wish to return the product after the packaging has been opened, you can only do so with a 30% deduction from the refund amount. We carefully clean and test these products and then offer them on the secondhand market. This way, we prevent waste and give the product a second life.
